We are not simply hiring cleaners. We are building a team of calm, caring professionals who understand the difference a clean and supportive space can make.

 

Our Home Wellness Specialists work across residential homes and aligned commercial spaces, including wellness studios, allied health practices, offices and people focused businesses.

Through our thoughtful approach to home and workplace wellness, our team helps create environments that feel clean, calm, organised and welcoming.

 

We provide hands on training, ongoing mentorship and a genuinely supportive team culture because we believe great people deserve great support. If you care about helping others, take pride in your work and want to be part of something more meaningful than traditional cleaning, we would love to hear from you.

We conduct a 3 step process in our hiring.

1. Phone interview

2. Face to face or ZOOM interview

3. 1:1 Supervised and paid trial of four weeks
